Asiacmold provides prototypes in metal and plastics quickly and economically. This is a cornerstone of the mold. Our prototypes team design and evaluate the whole project to help customers reduce their product cost.

Prototype molds are made of aluminum or local material to replicate a production mold. These molds suffice for producing parts in a shorter lead time than other hard steel materials.

We have dedicated people and equipment to provide prototype support to our customer. The design team works with cad files. Hardware insertion, drilling and tapping, machining and other secondary operations and electro-mechanical assembly. All of these hardware and software are available in our prototype department.

Additionally, Asiacmold provides plastic prototypes assist and help customer’s engineering solutions prior to investment in tooling.
